Shelly has been instrumental in working with organizations to align their business goals with Technology to drive maximum employee retention and subsequent customer base growth. With over 15 years of hands-on implementation experience in the Public sector, as well as private industry experience, Shelly understands the value of human capital, both internally and externally to an organization.
As CEO, Shelly’s goal is to expand the footprint of Enscient’s HR and CRM focused service offering and competitive pricing to enable clients across all industries to easily embark on these initiatives.

Michael Kapoor
Vice President of Finance and Operations

As CFO, Michael's responsibilities include financial reporting and forecasting, contracting, pricing, and procurement. In addition, he plays a key role in supporting new business opportunities across the organization. 
With over 10 years of experience in investment banking, information technology and financial services, Michael brings a broad experience in financial analysis forecasting, sales, and operations management.
Michael has Bachelor's Degrees in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Maryland.

Bhavna Pandit
Vice President of Business Development

At Enscient, Bhavna’s role is to oversee Enscient’s business development activities in the Public sector. Based out of Enscient’s East Coast office, Bhavna’s prior experience includes national fundraising strategy for Members of Congress, candidates running for office, and Political Action Committees (PAC's). Bhavna is responsible for expanding Enscient’s presence in the Public sector arena and advises the company on its political and business strategy, primarily focusing on strategic partnerships and outreach.
Pandit is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, where she worked on numerous campaigns around the state, and is a graduate of Louisiana State University.
